Died July 24, 2023.  Born February 18, 1950, the son of Leon Charles and Emelyn Suzanne (nee Wendorff) Schier.  Doug was raised in Bayside, Wisconsin and graduated from Nicolet High School.  After attending Arizona State University, he spent over 40 years working in the printing industry in Milwaukee and retired in 2013 from the Rock Tenn Corporation.  In his retirement, Doug enjoyed visiting relatives and friends, reading, playing cards, and sharing his interest in music.

Doug was preceded in death by his father Leon, infant brother David, and 14 aunts and uncles.  He is survived by his mother Emelyn, 25 first cousins, and numerous acquaintances and friends.

Interment will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield on Saturday, August 5th at 1130AM.
