Jeffery Alan Welch, Jr.'s Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 23, 2018 at the age of 34 years. He is survived by his son Jeffery, III, his parents Jeffery Welch, Sr. and Dawn (Shawn) Setzer, and his sisters Alisha (Jason) Gragg and Kourttnie Setzer. He is also survived by his niece Laiya Gragg and nephew Kyler Gragg as well as an extended family and many friends.
A service will be held at Shalom Ministries (8845 W. Lynx Avenue in Milwaukee) on Friday, July 27 at 5PM with a visitation at Shalom Ministries from 2PM until time of service.
