Otis Bromley, age 74, died July 7, 2020.  He was born in Michigan.  He served his country Honorably in the Navy after which he moved to Milwaukee where he spent most of his adult life.  Otis worked for over 30 years at Briggs & Stratton Corp. and was a member of the Briggs & Stratton Old Timers Club.  After retirement, he moved to Utah and enjoyed 14 years of hunting and fishing.  Otis returned to Milwaukee for his remaining years.  He left behind many good friends that called him Uncle Otis, and family members in Michigan.
