83 years of age, has preceded in death with his wife Beverly J Cusack (Roxbury) and his daughter Pamela Salva on Thursday January 22, 2015.

Richard (Dick) was born and raised in Stambough Michigan. He made his home in the Milwaukee area many years ago and worked as a Construction Crane Operator. He is survived by his seven children Cindy (Mel) Salva, Debra (Dennis) Merkel, Rick (Janette) Cusack, Richard Jr. (Ruth) Cusack, John (Patty) Cusack, James (Tammy) Cusack, and Kristy Cusack. He also has fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A Memorial Celebration of life will be held at Lasata Care Center, W76N677 Wauwatosa Rd., Cedarburg, on Friday, January 30th at 4:00pm with a service at 5:00pm.

A special thanks to the staff at Lasata Care Center for all there tender loving care and comfort they provided for Richard.
