Robbin Kipp passed away on July 31, 2026. She is survived by her loving brothers, Steven, and Allen and his wife Susan, as well as numerous extended family members. Robbin dedicated over 40 years of service to the Milwaukee Parking Authority. She lived life with a loving heart before the Good Lord called her home. Robbin was widely known for her deeply kind nature, and she will be dearly missed.
