Robert Gene Yoss, 79, died April 6th, 2026, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. He was the son of Rex and Anna Jane (Callahan) Yoss. Born on August 8th, 1946, in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Bob graduated from Edgerton High School in 1964. He was active in sports and held the Badger Conference record in the 100-yard dash for many years. He served in the Air Force from 1967 to 1971. He graduated from UW Lacrosse with a degree in nuclear medicine, as part of the first class that Lacrosse offered that major. He worked in Milwaukee at County Hospital and then Froedtert for 40 years. Retiring as the Nuclear Medical Safety Officer. He is survived by his brother, Ron (Andrea), and Roger (Mary Jo), and several nieces and a nephew. The family would like to thank Nancy Flagg, Joe Haggerty, and Nick Poethig for all the assistance they provided.

Funeral Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m., with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 11th, at Sacred Heart Croatian Catholic Church, 917 N. 49th Street, Milwaukee, WI.

Burial at Saint Joseph Parish Cemetery in Edgerton, WI, will take place on Monday, April 13th at 11 a.m.
