Died May 7, 2018 at the age of 90 years.  Preceded in death by her husband Peter J. Murphy, her parents Max and Lillian Lyon, brothers and sisters Evelyn (Joe) Kielhofer, Clyde (Martha) Lyon, Bob (Dolores) Lyon, Eugene Lyon and Bette (Jim) Janowski.  Survived by her son Dennis (Maureen) Murphy, daughter Maureen (Dave) Modlinski and grandchildren Brendan, Rory, Molly and Keelin.  She is also survived by nieces and nephews and those with whom she shared an especially close bond including Cher Kippers, Rick Janowski, Dick Hecht, Sue and Ken Ulrich and her dear friend Andy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community (9520 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners) on Friday, May 18 at 1PM with a visitation at church from 11AM until time of Mass.  Burial will follow at Holy Assumption/St. Martin of Tours Cemetery in Franklin.
