Died at Mitchell Manor in West Allis on September 17, 2016. Born April 30, 1918, the daughter of John and Edna (nee Parpart) Peplinski. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Jack. Survived by her sister Grace Wood. Ruth was a high school librarian and a long-time member of Gesu Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the chapel of the Mansion at Mitchell Manor (5301 W. Lincoln Avenue in West Allis) on Friday, September 23 at 2PM with a visitation in the chapel from 1PM until time of Mass. Burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
