Sandra Frances Neel Wietzel passed away at home in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on June 12, 2025, at 3:55 p.m., surrounded by the love of her family. She was 74 years old.

Born on July 25, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio, Sandra was the daughter of Paul Neel and stepmother Kathrine. She graduated from Beavercreek High School and went on to earn an Associate of Arts in English from Sinclair Community College. She completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English from the University of Dayton, and later pursued studies at the University of Dayton Law School.

Sandra married John David Wietzel on July 11, 1969. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband John; her children Tricia, Deborah, John Jr., and Kaeti (Galen); her sister Paula; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul; her mother, Clarine; her stepmother, Kathrine; her brother, David; and her sister, Sharon.

In 1986, Sandi founded Marketing Images, Inc., a business she led for 25 years. Under her guidance, the company became a vital part of the Waukesha business community and was recognized as one of the top ten businesses in the area in 2000.

Sandi served as President of the Sales & Marketing Executive group (SME) and held leadership positions on the boards of the Women & Girls Fund, the YWCA, Waukesha Family Service, and various other charitable foundations.

A celebration of life will be held on July 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Brett Funeral Home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Hospice for their compassionate care and to everyone who offered their support in Sandi's final months.
