Thomas Mark
Campbell
Jun 16, 1964 — May 15, 2018
Died in Milwaukee WI at age 53 on May 15, 2018 at his residence. He is survived by his father and stepmother Tommie and Shirley, brother Ray, two sisters Laura and Diane, and a stepbrother and stepsister Bob and Myra. Further survived by many family members, cousins, nephew, niece, and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Judith, stepfather Jack and sister Maureen. He was well loved by his family and friends and will be missed with much sadness.
Born and raised in South Bend and Mishawaka, IN, Tom was a 1982 graduate of Penn High School. Several years after graduation, Tom moved to Florida and then later to Milwaukee WI. He worked various jobs – waiter, bartender, bar/restaurant manager, landscaper, and maintenance man. Tom loved the sunshine, water and outdoors of Florida living. He also enjoyed movies, reading, cooking, and eating fine food. Tom generally had an upbeat spirit, a quick wit and dry sense of humor.
Despite his love of life, Tom struggled with alcohol addiction for many years. He participated in various treatment programs over the years but was unable to break free and in the end died unexpectedly from alcohol-related seizures. A private family service will be held later in the summer.
