Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the age of 54 years.  Survived by his daughter Melissa, Mary his mother and girlfriend Linda Redmon, siblings Andy (Lisa), Phil (Lisa), John, Joe (Tammy), Jean (Dave) Balistreri, thirteen nieces and nephews, and many friends and other relatives.  Preceded in death by his father Jerome in 2016.  Tom was employed with the Stark Asphalt Company for many years.  A special thank you to Linda, Melissa, Ambrosia, Seriaih, Nyla, many neighbors, the "old" grade school and high school friends and to Tom's co-workers at Stark Asphalt for the love, help and support given Tom through the years and at this difficult time.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius X Catholic Church (W. Wright St. at N. 75 ^th St.) in Wauwatosa on Thursday August 30 at 11AM with a gathering at church from 9AM until time of Mass.  A private inurnment will be held later at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
